Silver Planning

Our Silver Planning package is perfect for couples who want to be more hands off in the planning process. With this package, your planner will handle the scheduling of meetings with your vendors, organizing your initial and final payments with each vendor, along with the planning and organizing of your ceremony and reception. The Planning will be hands-on with all planning details from the beginning stages all the way through the day of your event.

All Inclusive

This package is only valid for couples who have booked a Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony and Reception at one or both of our sister properties, The Venue or The Ridge. This package offers all the benefits of our Silver Package at a discounted rate, and is perfect for couples who want to be more hands off throughout the planning process. Please inquire about discounts offered with this package.

Ceremony & Reception

Our Ceremony and Reception package combines the planning and organizing of both your ceremony and reception. The Planning will be in contact starting 4 months out from the event all the way through the day of. The couple will be responsible for booking and contacting all vendors. We do ask that any signed contracts be sent to our planning department once the booking is finalized. We recommend this package for couples who want to be a little more involved in the planning process!

Day Of

The Day of Coordination Package is perfect for couples who want to be hands-on during their planning process, but need a little extra help coordinating their big day. A member of our team will be there on the day of the event to communicate with vendors and take stress off your shoulders. With this package, we request all vendor contracts, contact information, and other important planning information be sent one month prior to the event. The planning team will schedule a meeting with you at the start of your service, as well as a follow-up meeting one week before the event to finalize any last-minute details.

Ceremony Only

Our Ceremony Planning Package is designed for couples who need assistance in coordinating their ceremony. With this package, you will be in contact with a member of our team starting three weeks before the event and leading up to the day of the ceremony. To ensure everyone is comfortable with their roles on the wedding day, the planning process involves scheduling a rehearsal ceremony in advance. Your coordinator will communicate with vendors before and during the ceremony. With this package, your coordinator will only stay throughout the duration of the ceremony and will not be on site to coordinate a reception.

Reception Only

Our Reception Coordination Package is for couples who need help coordinating just their reception. With this, a member of our team will keep up with vendor contracts starting one month before the event and leading up to the day of. They will also communicate with your vendors during the reception timeline details. Your coordinator will execute the timeline you created for the event, so that all you have to do is enjoy your day.
