Our Micro Wedding Coordination Package is for couples who plan to have 50 guests or less at their Ceremony and Reception for their big day. Your coordinator is there on the day of the event to make sure everything runs smoothly. With this package, a member of our team will meet with you over the phone one month prior to your wedding to finalize any last minute details. We request all vendor contracts, contact information, and all other planning information be sent in one month prior to the event.

Our Elopement Coordination Package includes the coordination of an Elopement Ceremony and Intimate Cocktail Hour for under 50 guests. With this package, your coordinator will meet with you over the phone two weeks before your event to go over all the details for your big day. We request all vendor contracts, contact information and any other planning information be sent prior to your service start date. A member of The Planning will be there on the day of your event to make sure everything runs smoothly.
