Our Packages

The Planning's packages include coordination and direction of rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and other week-of reception events.  The planning offers customized packages for any additional components you may want to include to make your day more uniquely you.  We can accommodate your specific needs - no matter how seemingly small or elaborate. 

  • The Bronze Package

    The Ceremony Package

    By this time all decisions have been made, and it is time to let the "Director" connect al the dots and execute the event of your dreams.

    • Complimentary suggestions, etiquette advice and creative solutions to any inquires.
    • Planning meeting up to two hours one week prior to the ceremony. Suggested Date:________ and unlimited contact between this meeting and the ceremony.
    • A phone call to your florist to ensure their delivery arrives at the appropriate time and location. [Note: When making arrangements with floral vendor(s) please be aware that it is required by The Venue that the florist be present for any transition between ceremony and reception - when applicable]
    • A phone call to your music vendor to ensure appropriate arrival and set-up time.
    • Provide detailed wedding party lineup and ceremony schedule.
    • On-site for ceremony rehearsal, making sure wedding party are comfortable and confident where they need to be, and where to exit for pictures
    • On the day of your ceremony, your director will be ready to arrive early to ensure vendors arrive accordingly, and communicate to ushers (if applicable) so they know where to guide guests.
    • Distribute the bouquets and boutonnieres to the wedding party.
    • Communicate with both the officiate and music coordinator to ensure timing and lineup are correct for the processional and recessional
    • Ensure that bride and groom have what they need before and after the ceremony including food and drink and ample alone time if desired
    • Gathering all items from the wedding party after the ceremony that are no longer needed or are to be stored for the remainder of the evening
    • The ceremony director will only stay through the ceremony. If the couple desires for the director to stay through the duration of the even please refer to the "Ceremony & Reception Package" Listed Below

    Reception Package

    By this time all decisions have been made, and it is time to let the "Director" connect all the dots and execute the event of your dreams"

    • Complimentary suggestions etiquette advice and creative solutions to any inquires
    • The director will schedule a one-hour informal meeting to grasp the overall sense of the couple's vision, style and needs. This meeting is scheduled at a convenient time for all parties involved. Suggested Date:______
    • Another planning meeting up to two hours one week prior to the reception. Suggested Date:_________ and unlimited contact between this meeting and your reception.
    • A phone call to your florist to ensure their delivery arrives at the appropriate time and location. [Note: When making arrangements with floral vendor(s) please be aware that it is required by The Venue that the florist be present for any transition between ceremony and reception - when applicable]
    • Communicating with the couple and all vendors for logistics, confirmation of arrival and set up; as well as distribution of timelines accordingly.
    • If you are having assigned seating for dinner guests, The Venue requires an organized seating chart, escort cards and table numbers planned accordingly. This is to ensure that all guests know where to be seated, and our staff can provide the absolute best service! [Note: seating charts, escort cards, etc. must be delivered before event for set up.]
    • Assist with the placement of the guest book, favors, place cards, light decor, personal photos/picture frames or any other personal items for the function. [Note: Such items will need to be delivered at The Venue at a scheduled time.]
    • Distribute all payments to vendors upon request
    • Keep you on schedule throughout the night; including coordination with DJ/Band for announcements (Dinner, Intro, First Dance, Greeting, Exit, etc.) As well as coordinate wedding party for introductions.
    • Communicate with those giving a toast or speech to ensure they know what time in what order to proceed.
    • Communicating with The Venue's manager to ensure total execution of the event unfolds as requested. Include all staff are aware of the sequence of the night and are making sure guests are treated with the highest level of care and service
    • Arrange a formal exit with sparklers, bubbles, etc.
    • At the end of the night, the director will oversee that all personal items are packed with care and are returned to those responsible to bring these items home

    The Ceremony & Reception Package

    By this time all decisions have been made, and it is time to let the "Director" connect all the dots and execute the event of your dreams"

    • Complimentary suggestions etiquette advice and creative solutions to any inquires
    • The director will schedule a one-hour informal meeting to grasp the overall sense of the couple's vision, style and needs. This meeting is scheduled at a convenient time for all parties involved. Suggested Date:______
    • Three weeks prior to your event, this will be the time when we will collect and fialize the details. Communication to begin on [Date:______] if not sooner.
    • A phone call to your florist to ensure their delivery arrives at the appropriate time and location. [Note: When making arrangements with floral vendor(s) please be aware that it is required by The Venue that the florist be present for any transition between ceremony and reception - when applicable.]
    • Communicating with the couple and all vendors for logistics, confirmation of arrival and set up; as well as distribution of timelines accordingly
    • Provide detailed wedding party lineup and ceremony schedule
    • On-site for ceremony rehearsal, making sure wedding party are comfortable and confident where they need to be, and where to exit for pictures
    • On the day of your ceremony, your director will be ready to arrive early to ensure vendors arrive accordingly, and communicate with wedding party to ensure they are ready and comfortable. Also, communicate to ushers (if applicable) so they know where to guide guests
    • Distribute the bouquets and boutonnieres to the wedding party
    • Distribute vendor payments upon request
    • Communicate with both the officiate and music coordinator to ensure timing and lineup are correct for the processional and recessional
    • Ensure that the bride and groom have what they need before and after the ceremony including food and drink and ample alone time if desired
    • During cocktail hour The Venue will completely take care of the room transition from ceremony to reception within one full hour (cocktail hour.) [Note: The Venue requires that all floral vendors need to be present and transition their decor. Also, if personal decor is to be changed during this transition, be sure to make a note with the exact item and its exact desired location.]
    • If you are having assigned seating for dinner guests, The Venue requires an organized seating chart,escort cards and table numbers planned accordingly. This is to ensure that all guests know where to be seated, and our staff can provide the absolute best service. [Note: seating charts, escort cards, etc. must be delivered before event for set up.]

    • The director will be available to help in any way to ensure your big day is wonderful

    A 50% deposit is required for reservation of this service; final payment is due at the time of final meeting. Planning fees will be reflected on proposal.

  • The Silver Package

    You have the hang of planning, but you also need some assistance from us. With the Silver planning package, we help you coordinate your ceremony rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, while also taking care of some of the finer details along the way.

    Prior to the wedding:

    • Communication by appointment once a month, starting 6 months prior to the big day.
    • Unlimited calls, emails and meetings by appointment for the four months leading up to the day of your wedding
    • Set up 4 vendor meetings of your choice
    • Complimentary suggestions, etiquette advice and creative solutions to any inquiries.
    • Provide you with our exclusive list of preferred wedding professionals
    • Assist with deposits due and vendor payments
    • Distribute wedding itineraries to all vendors involved
    • Coordinate the ceremony rehearsal,ceremony and reception
    • Availability to pick up necessary personal items(such as guest book, pictures etc.) from ceremony site to bring to the reception
    • Coordinate delivery of floral arrangements to ceremony and reception sites. Note: Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the florist to deliver flowers to site of choice as well as be present during transition from ceremony to reception.
    • If you are having assigned seating for dinner guests, The Venue requires an organized seating chart/escort cards and table numbers respectively. This is to ensure that your guests know where to sit, and we can ensure everyone gets what they need!
    • Providing information for hotels (Note: all transactions will remain directly between client and hotel sales representative.)
    • Coordinating and providing information for wedding day transportation
    • Attendance to unlimited vendor meetings
    • Scheduling of hair and makeup appointments
    • Unlimited personal assistance with planning ideas and decor

    Day Of Wedding

    • Construct and distribute detailed wedding itinerary for all involved in the wedding
    • Supervise all vendor deliveries and their roles for the ceremony
    • Coordination of wedding party processional and recessional and time allotted for pictures during cocktail hour
    • Coordination of all formalities, including dances, toasts, cake cutting, garter toss, bouquet toss, send off and photography
    • Set up of table settings, pictures, decorations, programs, etc. for all personal items for ceremony and reception
    • Overall supervision of your ceremony and reception under the guidelines of The Venue

    During/After The Wedding

    • Return necessary personal items to the family or designated person at the end of the night.
    • Do a walk through of the facility to make sure everything is in order and nothing is left behind
    • Tie up any loose ends with vendor questions or payments
    • Coordinating food and drinks for the wedding party while getting ready for the ceremony(additional fees may apply)

    Please note: a 50% deposit is required for the reservation of this service; final payment will be due at the date of the final meeting. Planning fees as well as any additional requests will be reflected in our proposal from The Venue.
