Our Packages

The Planning's packages include coordination and direction of rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and other week-of reception events.  The planning offers customized packages for any additional components you may want to include to make your day more uniquely you.  We can accommodate your specific needs - no matter how seemingly small or elaborate. 

  • Ceremony Only

    The Ceremony Package

    By this time all decisions have been made, and it is time to let the “Director” connect all the dots and execute the event of your dreams.

    • Provide detailed wedding party lineup and ceremony schedule.
    • On-site for ceremony rehearsal at the Venue or the Ridge, making sure the wedding party is comfortable and confident where they need to be, and where to exit for pictures.
    • On the day of your ceremony, your director will be ready to arrive early to ensure vendors arrive accordingly, and communicate with wedding party to ensure they are ready and comfortable. Also, communicate to ushers (if applicable) so they know where to guide guests.
    • Distribute the bouquets and boutonnieres to the wedding party.
    • Communicate with both the officiate and music coordinator to ensure timing and lineup are correct for the processional and recessional.
    • Ensure that the bride and groom have what they need before and after the ceremony including food and drink and ample alone time if desired. Additional fees may apply.
    • On the day of your ceremony, your director will be ready to arrive early to ensure vendors arrive accordingly, and communicate to ushers (if applicable) so they know where to guide guests.
    • Distribute the bouquets and boutonnieres to the wedding party.
    • Communicate with both the officiate and music coordinator to ensure timing and lineup are correct for the processional and recessional
    • Ensure that bride and groom have what they need before and after the ceremony including food and drink and ample alone time if desired
    • Gathering all items from the wedding party after the ceremony that are no longer needed or are to be stored for the remainder of the evening
    • The ceremony director will only stay through the ceremony. If the couple desires for the director to stay through the duration of the even please refer to the "Ceremony & Reception Package"
  • Reception Only

    Reception Package

    By this time all decisions have been made, and it is time to let the "Director" connect all the dots and execute the event of your dreams

    • Complimentary suggestions etiquette advice and creative solutions to any inquires
    • The director will schedule a one-hour informal meeting to grasp the overall sense of the couple's vision, style and needs. This meeting is scheduled at a convenient time for all parties involved. Suggested Date:______
    • Another planning meeting up to two hours one week prior to the reception. Suggested Date:_________ and unlimited contact between this meeting and your reception.
    • Create a comprehensive itinerary for day-of
    • Communicating with the couple and all vendors for logistics, confirmation of arrival and set up as well as distribution of timelines accordingly.
    • If you are having assigned seating for dinner guests, The Venue & The Ridge require an organized seating chart, escort cards and table numbers planned accordingly. This is to ensure that all guests know where to be seated, and our staff can provide the absolute best service! [Note: seating charts, escort cards, etc. must be delivered before event for set up.]
    • Assist with the placement of the guest book, favors, place cards, light decor, personal photos/picture frames or any other personal items for the function. [Note: Such items will need to be delivered at The Venue at a scheduled time.]
    • Keep you on schedule throughout the night; including coordination with DJ/Band for announcements (Dinner, Intro, First Dance, Greeting, Exit, etc.) As well as coordinate wedding party for introductions.
    • Making sure that all guests needs are being met and that the bridal party has everything they need.
    • Communicate with those giving a toast or speech to ensure they know what time in what order to proceed.
    • Communicating with The Venue's manager to ensure total execution of the event unfolds as requested. Include all staff are aware of the sequence of the night and are making sure guests are treated with the highest level of care and service
    • Arrange a formal exit with sparklers, bubbles, etc.
    • Make sure that guests receive their party favors
    • Coordination of Bride and Groom send of and arrival to after party destination
    • At the end of the night, the director will oversee that all personal items are packed with care and are returned to those responsible to bring these items home
  • Ceremony & Reception Package

    The Ceremony & Reception Package

    By this time all decisions have been made, and it is time to let the "Director" connect all the dots and execute the event of your dreams"

    • Complimentary suggestions etiquette advice and creative solutions to any inquires
    • The director will schedule a one-hour informal meeting to grasp the overall sense of the couple's vision, style and needs. This meeting is scheduled at a convenient time for all parties involved. Suggested Date:______
    • Three weeks prior to your event, this will be the time when we will collect and fialize the details. Communication to begin on [Date:______] if not sooner.
    • A phone call to your florist to ensure their delivery arrives at the appropriate time and location. [Note: When making arrangements with floral vendor(s) please be aware that it is required by The Venue that the florist be present for any transition between ceremony and reception - when applicable.]
    • Communicating with the couple and all vendors for logistics, confirmation of arrival and set up; as well as distribution of timelines accordingly
    • Provide detailed wedding party lineup and ceremony schedule
    • On-site for ceremony rehearsal, making sure wedding party are comfortable and confident where they need to be, and where to exit for pictures
    • On the day of your ceremony, your director will be ready to arrive early to ensure vendors arrive accordingly, and communicate with wedding party to ensure they are ready and comfortable. Also, communicate to ushers (if applicable) so they know where to guide guests
    • Distribute the bouquets and boutonnieres to the wedding party
    • Distribute vendor payments upon request
    • Communicate with both the officiate and music coordinator to ensure timing and lineup are correct for the processional and recessional
    • Ensure that the bride and groom have what they need before and after the ceremony including food and drink and ample alone time if desired
    • During cocktail hour The Venue will completely take care of the room transition from ceremony to reception within one full hour (cocktail hour.) [Note: The Venue requires that all floral vendors need to be present and transition their decor. Also, if personal decor is to be changed during this transition, be sure to make a note with the exact item and its exact desired location.]
    • If you are having assigned seating for dinner guests, The Venue requires an organized seating chart,escort cards and table numbers planned accordingly. This is to ensure that all guests know where to be seated, and our staff can provide the absolute best service. [Note: seating charts, escort cards, etc. must be delivered before event for set up.]
    • Assist with the placement of the guest book, favors, place cards, light decor, personal photos/picture frames or any other personal items for the function. [Note: Such items will need to be delivered at The Venue at a scheduled time.]

    • At the end of the night, the director will oversee that all personal items are packed with care and are returned to those responsible to bring these items home
    • The director will be available to help in any way to ensure your big day is wonderful
  • The Silver Package

    You have the hang of planning, but you also need some assistance from us. With the Silver planning package, we help you coordinate your ceremony rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, while also taking care of some of the finer details along the way.

    • The Director will schedule a one-hour informal meeting to grasp the overall sense of the couple’s vision, style and needs. This meeting is scheduled at a convenient time for all parties involved. Suggested date: _____________
    • Ensuring coordination of all food and Beverage needs with the venue (GPI), including floor plan lay out
    • Communication by appointment once a month, starting SIX month prior to the big day. Suggested start date of communication: __________
    • Unlimited calls, emails and meetings by appointment for the FOUR months leading up to the day of your wedding. Suggested date: ___________
    • Planner and an assistant will be present to help out the wedding coordinator/ wedding party as needed. They will be paid $20.00 per hour the day of the event. Based on a 12 to 14 hour shift
    • Suggest and assist in the selecting of your professional vendors for your reception. Florist, baker, hair and makeup, photographer and videographer.
    • Set up meeting for baker, florist, hair and makeup
    • Communication and distribution between the couple and the vendors of timelines, confirmation of arrival and set up, as well as logistics.
    • Unlimited personal assistance with planning ideas and decor
    • Coordinating food and drinks for the wedding party while getting ready for the ceremony. Additional fees may apply.
    • Providing information for hotels (Note: all transactions will remain directly between client and hotel sales representative.)
    • Coordinating and providing information for wedding day transportation
    • Your choice of either a sparkler, or a bubble formal send off
    • Assist with vendor contracts and making sure tasks abide by the guidelines
    • Follow up with deposits and final payments to vendors
    • Coordinate the ceremony rehearsal, making sure each member of the wedding party knows their specific instructions and placement during the trial run.
    • Construct and distribute detailed wedding itinerary for all involved in the wedding
    • Availability to pick up necessary personal items (such as guest book, pictures, etc.) from ceremony site to bring to the reception (if applicable)
    • Coordinate delivery of floral arrangements to ceremony and reception sites. Note: Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the florist to deliver the flowers to site of choice as well as be present during transition from ceremony to reception.
    • When applicable, the Planning department will be present at sites hours before your arrival the day of ensuring all vendors, décor, personal items, party favors, and set up match the vision you had for your big day
    • Plan for the bridal suit to be set up so that both bride and bridal party are comfortable and relaxed, including water, snacks, assistance with dress, and / or attire.
    • This package also includes reserve signs on designated rows down the aisle per bride request (unless bride has her own signs)
    • If you are having assigned seating for dinner guests, The Venue requires an organized seating chart/escort cards and table numbers- respectively. This is to ensure that your guests know where to sit, and we can ensure everyone gets what they need
    • This package also provides a decorative bird cage holder for all of your gift cards on designated table (unless bride has specific décor)
    • Construct and distribute detailed wedding itinerary for all involved in the wedding
    • Supervise all vendor deliveries and their roles for the ceremony
    • Coordination of wedding party processional and recessional and time allotted for pictures during cocktail hour
    • Coordination to properly cut the cake, including a spatula and cake knife for you to use
    • Provide a set of champagne flutes designated for you to use
    • Set up of table settings, pictures, decorations, programs, etc. for all personal items for ceremony and reception
    • Overall supervision of your ceremony and reception under the guidelines of The Venue
    • Ensure that comprehensive timeline is followed throughout the night; including coordination with DJ/ Band for announcements (Dinner, Intro, First Dance, Greeting, Exit, ect.) As well as corrdinate wedding party for introductions.
    • Coordinate any in-house or outside rental items
    • Line up guests for send off and see that everyone has appropriate party favors (sparklers, flowers, bubbles, ect.)
    • Coordination your send off and arrival to your after party destination of choice
    • Facilitate distribution of party favors to departing guests (if applicable) at the end of event
    • Return necessary personal items to the family or designated person at the end of the night
    • Do a walkthrough of the facility to make sure everything is in order and nothing is left behind
    • Tie up any loose ends with vendor questions or payments
    • **This package is only to be used when both ceremony and reception are being held at either The Venue or The Ridge**

    Please note: a 50% deposit is required for the reservation of this service; final payment will be due at the date of the final meeting. Planning fees as well as any additional requests will be reflected in our proposal from The Venue.
